It is that time of year again! Summer is slowly fading away and fall is right around the corner. The air is brisk and the leaves are starting to turn bright. I love the transition of seasons this time of year. It is so fun getting to mix together your favorite summer pieces and new fall pieces together. The weather is not too hot and not too cold just yet so now is the time to really have some fun with your wardrobe. I have four fun outfits here to share with you today to give you some outfit inspiration.
OUTFIT ONE.
The off the shoulder trend has been huge this year and is carrying into our fall season. Now is the time to take advantage of this trend before the colder months come. I love the sweet summmer look of this top but with a emerald green color of fall. Another huge trend has been the bell sleeve and I love how this top has it all. Some simple tan ankle booties and distressed jeans complete this transition look.
OUTFIT TWO.
Another big trend has been Gingham. To be honest, I wasn’t the biggest fan of the trend at first but now coming into the fall season, I have found a liking for this staple pattern. It is the perfect outfit for the beginning to many fall activities. I love the cut out shoulders on this top as well, another big summer trend. I paired this top with my favorite summer white jeans and some mustard colored flats. White jeans don’t have to be just for spring and summer. I love keeping them around for a fresh clean look.
OUTFIT THREE
Lace up and get ready for some knee high piles of leaves this season. Lace up fashion is here to stay along with knee high boots this year. I love this black pair of knee high boots, they go with absolutely everything and they are the perfect boot for completing a outfit on a day you don’t feel as put together. To stay nice and cozy when it gets a little cool during the day I layered over my top a black knitted cardigan. I think this cardigan is going to be one of my new favorites this season.
OUTFIT FOUR
I overall loved summer but now I can’t wait for sweater weather to finally be here. How fun is this look? Overalls are a trend I wore long ago as a kid but I love how it is back and there are so many fun ways to style them even into the fall season. I paired them with a very comfy v-neck sweater and my favorite tan ankle booties. If it is a chillier day you can even slip on a pair of knitted tights to stay warmer. Also, how cute is this black leather backpack? I love the backpack style, I find it very versatile for when I am on the go and need to be hands free.
