Hey everyone! Hope you are all having a great summer and making tons of memories! It has been quite the hectic summer for us and I seriously can’t believe how many big events have happened in such a short period of time. We are soaking up every minute of it and I don’t want it to end. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have these moments to enjoy with the ones I love and to celebrate all our accomplishments together. Ed and I recently purchased a new vehicle to accommodate the needs of our lifestyle and to also give myself a new upgrade from my current vehicle that was starting to give out on me haha you know how it goes, once one thing is a problem, it’s all downhill from there. We fell in love with the GMC Acadia Denali and I couldn’t be happier with it! I’ll be doing a vehicle organization post here soon where I’ll be giving some tips and tricks on how to keep things clean and organized on the go. We also recently put the house up on the market and look forward to purchasing some land soon to build our dream home. We couldn’t be more thrilled with all our future hopes and dreams! With all these changes we have still been trying to make the most of summer and not lose sight of fun memories while being so busy. One night we decided to be a local tourist and aboard the Vista Fleet for a pizza cruise along the shores of Lake Superior.
It had been years since I had been on one of the Vista Fleet tours. Growing up, my family used to come up to Duluth all the time and we were your typical tourists exploring everything Duluth had to offer including the boat cruises. I had forgotten how great of a time they were and it felt so good to aboard again and reminisce back to old times. Getting to experience and view the place you call home in a new light really is special. We love hearing about the history of Duluth and all the magic that has made it what it is today.
We couldn’t have picked a better evening! It was absolutely gorgeous out on the water and we soaked up every minute of it! The accommodations were fantastic! The staff was amazing and so sweet! We enjoyed every scrumptious bite of the delicious pizza and pasta they provided on this cruise. The history, stories and facts we got to hear and learn along the way were fascinating to listen to. If you are a local and haven’t thought about checking out the boat tours, you most definitely should! Such a fun and unique way to spend your summer evening. And if you aren’t from Duluth but looking to visit sometime soon, do not miss out on scheduling your boat tour on the Vista Fleet! You won’t regret it!
You can find all the pieces from my outfit below.
Until next time!
xoxo
